To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we’re looking to add a Human Resources Intern located in our Salt Lake City site.
Reporting to the Site Human Resources Business Partner, the HR Intern will be working on challenging projects in support of real-time business issues while developing skills and experiences. The student will also be involved in projects that matter to the business and help achieve company goals as well as solving complex problems and generating new ideas for a global organization while utilizing creativity and innovation to develop skills.
What a typical day looks like:
Assist with HR processes development and improvementAnalyze raw data and deliver presentable metrics to aid in decision makingParticipate in workplace culture initiativesProvide support in conflict resolution and other employee relation issuesReview and update job descriptions as requiredAssist with new hire orientationStudent qualities we’re seeking for this internship assignment:
Senior-level student pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related majorStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal, presentation and written communication skillsAbility to work in teams and collaborate with othersSelf-motivated, high energy and strong time management skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmentInternship Program Requirements:
