This role will offer you the opportunity to work on the employee facing operational side of HR. Day-to-day experiences will vary, including but not limited to supporting employees with informational inquiries, ensuring accuracy of employee records, and fostering positive employee relations through employment activities like onboardings and other employee engagement events. The starting hourly rate for this position in Ohio at the start of employment is expected to be between $20.75 and $28.54 per hour. The hourly rate offered is based on local job market factors and other objective business considerations.
