Human Resources Intern (UAE Nationals only)

THE POSITION 
Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking talented and innovative fresh graduate to join our Human Resources team as an Intern. The successful candidate will work with a team of experienced professionals who will guide you through hands-on experience in a corporate organization.

This is a 6-month internship program based in Dubai, with the possibility of extension. 

As a Human Resources Intern, your responsibilities will include:  

Learn about the organization, systems, and policiesSupport the HR team and business partners on HR-related administrative tasksParticipate in HR related projects and activitiesEngage and assist employees with inquiriesRequirements Bachelor's degree in human resources or related studiesPrior knowledge in handling Microsoft Office applications (Power Point, Word, and Excel)Strong administrative skillsEffective communication skillsAbility to plan and organize workloadWillingness to learn new things
