Basic Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree or master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Management or related field. Minimum completion of Sophomore level coursework from an accredited institution. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.Preferred Qualifications:
Seeking strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and organization skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a self-directed or team environment. Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and PLC a plus. Relevant internship/work/research experience preferred. Comfortable with exposure to a manufacturing environment.
Equipment Used:
• The individual will be utilizing standard office equipment including personnel computers, telephone, copiers, electronic instrumentation devices, and an assortment of hand tools and miscellaneous electronic related items.
Work Environment:

Duties are performed primarily in an office setting but are occasionally performed in manufacturing areas where compliance with applicable safety rules is required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be occasionally required to work near moving mechanical parts and exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level is moderate. During periods of travel, duties could be performed in conference centers, restaurants, places of public accommodation, modes of travel, etc.
