The Human Resources Internship is one discipline of IDEMIA North America’s 12-week Summer Internship Program. The intern will be an integral member of the HR team and will provide administrative support to staff. In this role, interns will have the opportunity to learn and assist in corporate human resources operations, including but not limited to record keeping, employee relations, and employee communications.
A successful candidate will have exceptional time management, organizational, communication skills, and the ability to identify employee related issues and assist in their resolution.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Provide support for general or department-specific administration of human resources processes and effortsEmbrace company culture, values, and provide support to Business Unit (BU) Human Resources (HR) department teamAssist with staff with training and development initiativesPrepare reports and monitor dataCompile and update employee recordsProcess documentation and prepare reports for personnel activities QualificationsPosition Requirements:
You are a college junior, senior, or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, Business Administration & Management, or a related fieldMust be authorized to work in the USProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointBasic knowledge of labor lawsExcellent organizational skillsStrong communications skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or other relevant human resources/administrative role or internshipPassion for innovative technologies and security/identity related issuesImportant Dates:

Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office.
