Title: Human Resources IT Workday Co-Op

Examples of Daily Activities:
Develop knowledge of key Human Capital Management (HCM) software application concepts including functionality, configuration, data design and security Research and analyze technical challenges to assist with solution building on HCM platforms Assist in the development and execution of data extract, transform, load (ETL) processes for a large HCM project (Workday) Assist in the development and execution of test management for a large HCM project (Workday) Assist in developing new and editing existing IT policies, procedures, and standards Assist with annual audits and reporting obligationsRequirements:
Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Computer Science, Information Systems, or Human Resources Related degree program. Preference given to students located within 50 miles of the assigned Olin location. Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations Must have completed sophomore year prior to first assignment with Olin Ability to work full time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) August - December 2025. Not eligible for virtual work.A valid US Driver's license is required
