This role ensures timely and accurate updates to class rosters, virtual exam coordination, and certification processing. RESPONSIBILITIES · Respond to WECS communication via telephone and emails. · Manage class rosters by tracking WECS class enrollment and updating registration. · Provide confirmation email of enrollment and class location information. · Address all scheduling and registration issues. · Update attendance and test scores for WECS class. · Grade and update scoring for the virtual exams. · Coordinate virtual exam testing with GDOT districts. · Provide correspondence for virtual class and testing information. · Provide WECS certification confirmation via email, and print, laminate, and mail WECS cards to individuals who passed. · Update Payment Information for enrolled attendees. · Create classes, track attendance, input test scores, and print WECS cards for private classes. · Provide the class roster and class details to the AECOM contractor. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The selected candidate must meet the advertised minimum qualifications to include State Entry Qualifications as well as Agency Specific Minimum Qualifications. STATE ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS: · High school diploma/GED and four (4) years of job-related experience; · or two (2) years of experience required at the lower level Admin Assistant 2 (GST051) or position equivalent.
