The Human Resources Manager, Sales and Service (EU) will be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert on human resources operations to include the full life cycle of talent, employee relations, employee communications, workforce retention, development, engagement, and serving as a trusted partner to the business leaders. This position reports to the Global HR Director, Sales and Service and is a remote based in the UK or Germany. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Act as a strategic partner to the business and change agent, aligning people practices and strategies with the overall business objectives. This involves understanding the business needs and challenges and providing HR solutions that contribute to the achievement of those goals, leading HR activities at the various business sites, and partnering with specific business unit leaders globally. + Define & owns HR Strategy & Action Plan, to proactively support Sales & Service leadership, in workforce planning, organizational design, talent optimization, and staffing plans linked with our Talent Acquisition team to attract diverse profile. + Proactively partner and collaborate across the Global HR organization and Centers Of Excellence (COE) sharing information, providing thought leadership and a solution-oriented direction to optimize the business value of the HR function coupled with day-to-day HR guidance to Leadership throughout Europe, in the areas of talent acquisition, leadership coaching, employee counselling, performance management, career development, change management, compensation, and HR policy guidance and interpretation in line with legal compliance and regulations. + Coach managers in your client groups to have the best and diverse organization aligned to business strategy and ensuring robust succession plans are in place for key roles, strong development plans for key talent with the right opportunities, ensure proactive performance management and monitoring & presenting to the business of all KPIs of HR function (retention, internal fill rate, engagement). + Ensure good interaction with works councils and employee representations. The essential requirements of the job include: + Degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent, with min 10 years of HR management experience including utilization of continuous improvement best practices. (DBS, Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies). + Long standing experience as HR Business Partner/Manager in Germany & multi-countries, supporting global organizations with a focus on HR operations, business partnering, succession planning, engagement, leadership development, workforce planning, diversity initiatives, organizational development, and coaching. + Broad understanding of the technical and functional components of human resources, including recruiting, talent management, organizational design/development, succession planning, leadership development, compensation and associate communications. + Experience supporting leaders in multiple countries with previous exposure and knowledge of labor laws in various countries, including but not limited to UK, Austria, Germany, and Belgium. + English is a must, additional languages are very welcome, especially French. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Supporting a Sales and/or Service organization as an HR Business Partner. + Working in a dynamic and fast paced environment. + Supporting managers & employees or HR projects across countries and in multi-cultural environment.
