The Human Resources Manager oversees the recruitment pipeline and drives the employee journey towards fulfilling its people through our advocacy. You will be managing a team of agile problem solvers and collaborating with different business units.
Key Responsibilities
Revisit, design, and implement recruitment strategies
Enforce policies and processes in compliance with company standards and business requirements
Develop and implement employee support and engagement initiatives
Recommend and codify improvements to current HR processes
