Reports to:Senior HR Manager with a strong dotted line to Senior Operations Manager of FabricationPosition OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and driven Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions across multiple branch and fabrication sites. As the Victaulic Fabrication operation undergoes rapid growth, this pivotal role will partner with the Senior Manager of Fabrication and other key leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions, manage the challenges of scaling, and ensure full compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, and is comfortable with regular travel.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Advisor: Act as the principal HR advisor to the Senior Manager of Fabrication, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, talent strategies, and performance management.Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with staffing agencies, ensuring quality hires, resolving issues, and meeting staffing requirements.Performance Management: Track employee attendance and performance. Implement goal-setting, coaching, performance reviews, and corrective actions to drive accountability.Multi-Site HR Leadership: Ensure consistent HR policy execution across all branch and fabrication sites, maintaining alignment with operational objectives.Talent Acquisition & Retention: Collaborate with business leaders to attract, onboard, and retain top talent across diverse locations.Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by proactively addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and promoting constructive outcomes, while ensuring alignment with company standards.Travel & On-Site Support: Provide hands-on HR support at various locations, building strong relationships with site leaders and ensuring a robust HR presence.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws across all sites. Conduct audits and implement corrective actions as needed.Training & Development: Lead efforts in employee development, including onboarding, continuous training programs, and leadership development tailored to operational needs.Cultural Integration: Foster a consistent culture across branch and fabrication sites, ensuring alignment with the company’s core values and business goals.Utilize data analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, HR initiatives for strategic decision-makingAssist and support the communication of compensation and benefits programs across all locationsHelp to lead calibration and succession plan discussions for key roles across the organizationLead initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture across all locationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing or multi-site operations. Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. Ability to travel up to 25-50%. Proven track record as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
