The on-site Human Resources Manager 2 will provide employee relations support to 200+ frontline workers in Food Service at the Deaconess Health System located in Evansville, IN.

 

The successful candidate will:

work daily in software systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos, and applicant tracking system(s)possess knowledge of state and federal HR lawsmaintain active and terminated employee filescoordinate and manage required monthly/annual trainingpossess excellent customer service skills for phone conversations and email responsespossess strong time management and organizational skillswork well independently and as part of a teamunderstand and respect sensitive and confidential informationsupport, engage, and create a culture to retain frontline staffonboard staff support managers and the client with all HR related tasks

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
