Sodexo is hiring a Human Resources Manager 3 to support Renown Regional Medical Center, Renown Rehab Hospital, and Renown South Meadows Hospital in Reno, NV. This position will oversee approximately 300 employees within the Food Services and Environmental Services departments across these three Renown Health locations.
What You'll Do recruit and onboard frontline hires utilizing onboarding and payroll systemspossess knowledge of state and federal HR lawsmaintain active and terminated employee filesunderstand and respect sensitive and confidential informationhave excellent computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as the ability to learn additional computer programs as neededcomplete special projects based on business needs regarding human resources data and analysis demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities and meet time demands What We Offer
