Human Resources Manager

Manage the local GDC HR function to include: management of HR database and employees’ files, recruitment, payroll, employee career development, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits schemes, internal communication, local OHS, international reporting and HR compliance.

 

Education 

· University degree in management, Human Resources, Psychology and / or master in HR management or related.

 

Training / Professional Certification 

· Education or Experience of managing projects in complex environments 

· Education or Experience of managing relationships with third party suppliers 

· Good understanding and knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment law particularly in relation to their specialist area

 

Experience 

· 3-5 years HR experience, preferably gained by working in a strategic / operational role in a best practice outsourcing / support services organisation 

· Experience of managing projects in complex environments 

· Experience of managing relationships with third party suppliers

Key Accountabilities 

· Consults and advises with site management on issues concerning all functional areas of Employment, Employee Relations, Payroll, Rewards, Internal, Compensation and Benefits, Communications, Learning and Development, Enablement and Enagagement OHS and Recruiting. 

· Accountable of Performance Management cycle for the GDC. 

· Responsible for the management of the local HR Team in term of performance and deliverables. 

· Understanding and consistent application of company policies, procedures and employment law. 

· Manages, communicates, and implements programs implemented by Corporate Office and develops specific policies and procedures relative to the specific site as needed. 

· Acts as strategic business partner with all other site departments and management. Develops partnership by participating in meetings to provide / collect information including but not limited to: attrition and retention analysis, recruitment planning, employee relations issues and site cost control. 

· Responsible for compliance with HR processes, policies and local regulations as related to Human Resources. Works with government agencies to resolve employee complaints related to application of local Labor Law and Human Rights issues. 

· Part of the Incident Security Committee (BCP / Information Security Committee) for ISO 20000 and 27000 

· Is kept updated about the content and expectation of the security policies and promotes and holds employees accountable for the adecuate execution. 

· Is part of the CAB meetings as a Change Manager 

· Is part of the IT Service Continuity Coordination Group for ISO 20000 and 27000 

· Periodical revision of Risk Matrix

· Effective delivery of HR practices, procedure, tools and techniques within agreed timescale and quality · Mitigation of risk to the business, demonstrated by high levels of compliance · Relationships are positive and feedback from them is commendable · Knowledge and understanding of the IMS.
