You’re a strong ‘go-to’ on employee relations and policy development, working closely with Corporate Counsel and staying up-to-date on California and Nevada employment laws. Whether you're dealing with hourly or salaried employees, you’re comfortable and inclusive. You know the ins and outs of Total Rewards, from compensation to benefits, and you can manage leaves and Benefits with ease. From recruiting top talent to succession planning, performance management, and helping careers grow, you're a true talent management thought partner!

What We’re Looking For: 

10+ years of experience in HR Manager/Business Partner roles with a focus on people management, including experience working with large hourly populations as well as salaried employees. Passion for leading teams and empowering others, including managing HR Generalists, and other positions, as hired. Experience with UKG is a big plus, and Spanish fluency is required. Flexibility for 10-20% travel because we value face-to-face connections. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent hands-on experience in HR.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $120,000.
