We are looking for an engaging Human Resources Managerwho willoversee the daily operation of the Personnel Department to deliver internal customer expectations on Recruitment and Work Force Planning, Employee Relations, Payroll and Benefits, Vendor Management, and other associate-related tasks.

Human Resources management experience inhospitalityindustryideally in a luxury branded property.Well experienced in labor relations and well versed in government standards and regulations including labor law implementation Strong interpersonal and communication skillsGood decision-making and organizational skillsPassion for working with people and in managing and leading a teamCan develop and implement HR Strategies aligned with the overall business objectivesCompetent in working with HRIS and payroll system, online recruiting platform, as well as online learning management system.
