Opportunity to partner with the various functional areas within Human Resources and provide practical solutions to common HR and restaurant management needs. Requirements: Functions as a resource for questions from restaurant management and employees concerning various HR policies, procedures, and regulations. Serves as a resource to receive, help investigate, and resolve employee issues. Coordinates departmental initiatives and communication efforts. Partner with team to coordinate the building/maintenance/troubleshooting of an ATS and HRIS system. General responsibilities include: Employee Relations Policy and Procedure Administration and Communication Employee Onboarding Risk Management Administration Unemployment Administration Performance Review Management Employee Recognition, Engagement and Feedback Reporting and Compliance Qualifications: 3 + years HR Generalist Experience (preferably in hospitality) General knowledge of employment laws Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Previous systems implementation experience (HRIS) Experience in payroll systems Excellent project management, organizing and planning skills. Ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with employees, peers, and managers. Highly productive in a fast paced, ever changing work environment. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
