Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Estimated annual base pay: $99,000 (minimum) - $123,500 (midpoint) - $148,000 (maximum)

As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the operations leaders and driving the execution of HR strategies and initiatives across the site and groups you support. You will work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR programs that support the organization's goals and objectives and ensure alignment with the company's culture and values.
What you will be doing...
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives
Partner with business leaders to drive the execution of HR programs, including talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement
Provide guidance and coaching to business leaders on HR issues, including employee relations, employment law, and HR policies and procedures
Drive organizational change initiatives, including cultural transformation, workforce planning, and succession planning
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the internal Centers of Excellence
Support the development and implementation of diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives across the organization
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Manages bargaining and non-bargaining employment and negotiations with union representatives
Support continuous improvement initiatives
What we are looking for...
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years experience of related work required
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging
