Job Description
The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. This position manages and directs the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, recruiting and employment. The Human Resources Manager coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.

+ Departmental planning
+ Policy development and documentation
+ Employee relations
+ Promoting employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
+ Employee services and counseling
+ Interacting with various government offices relating to employment and unemployment
+ Responding to unemployment filings
+ Compensation and benefits administration
+ Development of the Human Resources department and an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
+ Other duties as required for business productivity
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
+ 7 years of previous Human Resources experience
+ High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
+ HRIS experience – UKG preferred
+ Exceptional communication skills
