We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join our Residential & Irrigation Flow team in New Brighton/Roseville, MN. You will play a critical role in driving strong business performance at Pentair through progressive talent and culture practices as the strategic HR advisor to the Spray & Specialty General Manager and leadership team. The role provides comprehensive HR business partner support in a variety of areas, including leadership coaching, organizational design, change management, engagement, talent management and development, talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations and compliance.
This role will be based at the New Brighton, MN manufacturing plant.
You will:
Develop HR strategies to support the organization’s goals by translating business vision into HR initiativesCollaborate with leaders on talent management and development initiatives to attract, develop and retain high-performing talentProactively coach leaders on performance management, employee development, talent planning and engagementSupport and guide organizational design activities to streamline and implement new organization structures, roles and/or processes that enhance speed and efficiency throughout the organizationSupport annual cyclical processes including goal setting, performance management and compensation planningAssist in recruitment activities to drive talent acquisition processesResolve employee relations issues efficiently and effectivelyKey Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration or related disciplineAt least 5 years of progressive professional HR experienceAble to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plansBe willing to challenge the status quo and able to influence senior leadersStrong business acumen and an analytical mindsetBe results-oriented with proven ability to follow through while handling multiple and competing prioritiesExperience in company culture development and change managementCompensation:
For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $95,500 - $177,3000 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as an annual incentive bonus.
