Advises and directs the recruitment and talent programs for non-exempt and exempt positions, working closely with site departments and Serves as a member of the team and as a resource to the management team regarding human resources & safety related topics and issues. + Recommends, develops, implements, and manages HR related plans, practices, policies, and procedures, aligning with operational objectives. + Assists in HR related plans, practices, policies and procedures of newly acquired subsidiaries as needed. + Analyzes and oversees incident and accident investigations to identify trends to prevent future occurrences. + Assists in the development of training programs for all levels of plant personnel striving for a safer, more efficient, engaged, and productive plant. **Experience Requirements:** + **Experience with Hourly employees and Workplace Safety are a plus** + Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources + Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment preferred. + Experience in developing and managing training programs to promote workplace health and safety. + Experience in leading teams. + Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook) required. + Results driven, process oriented, and project management mindset required. + Strong customer service, relationship building, problem solving and follow-up skills. + Proven analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and business acumen. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. + Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. + Thorough knowledge of current trends and issues in Human Resources Management. **Education Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management - Master's degree preferred. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
