PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $77,969 – $105,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Partner with the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to attract, hire, and onboard new team members Be a bridge between your local and wider HR team; advocate for consistent best practices and share knowledge unique to your location Develop and deliver training to new and existing team members, ensure they have a thorough understanding of their job functions, policies, procedures, and opportunities for growth Handle employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and complaint resolution Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures More about you Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Generalist and at least 2 years as an HR Manager Union experience, required Previous experience using iCIMS, Workday, or similar HRIS system Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field preferred; PHR or SPHR certification is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Independent problem solving and analytical abilities Shift detailsDay shift
