Lead and execute strategic and operational Human Resources initiatives, ensuring Talent Acquisition, Development, and Retention of Talent, fostering strong labor relations, and managing key HR processes such as payroll, compensation, and organizational development to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
+ Develop and implement the Human Resources strategy aligned with business goals.
+ Define and oversee policies for labor relations, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a positive work environment.
+ Lead strategies for talent acquisition and retention for key and operational positions.
+ Implement organizational development programs and succession plans.
+ Supervise the payroll process to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
+ Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits policies.
+ Monitor and analyze key HR indicators (turnover, satisfaction, time-to-fill, etc.).
+ Ensure efficient budget management for the Human Resources area.
+ Coordinate internal and external audits in labor compliance matters.
+ Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on human capital issues.
+ Foster and manage the organizational culture, ensuring alignment with corporate values.
+ Coordinate executive visits and ensure experiences align with corporate standards.
+ Manage the performance evaluation and continuous feedback process.
+ Conduct market research to maintain competitive salary structures and adjust compensation strategies.
+ Promote innovation in HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
+ Lead relationships with unions, negotiating agreements and addressing potential conflicts to ensure a stable and productive work environment.
+ Promote a Zero-defect Culture and Safety Culture
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
+ Master’s degree preferred.
+ Advanced English – Business Conversational REQUIRED
+ 8-10 years in senior leadership roles within Human Resources, ideally in manufacturing environments.
