Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

Design and implement human resources strategies aligned with the organization's goals to attract, retain, and develop the workforce.
Manage and plan the hiring, retention, selection, training, and evaluation processes of employees under supervision and supervise them to increase productivity.
Develop and monitor human resources policies and procedures.
Manage compensation, salary, and benefits systems.
Develop and review job descriptions and job definitions.
Prepare and organize human resources policies, guidelines, executive procedures, regulations, and circulars.
Develop and implement training and development programs for employees.
Effectively manage employee relations and resolve workplace disputes.
Ensure compliance with safety and health standards in the workplace.
Monitor compliance of human resources activities with labor laws and regulations.
Analyze human resources data and provide regular reports to senior management.
Work location: Qazvin and Tehran (factory and head office).
Eligibility requirements:

Relevant academic degree (Human Resources Management, Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology or related fields).
At least 10 to 15 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources at management levels.
Having tangible experience in understanding human resources indicators.
Complete familiarity with labor laws, social security and labor relations.
Ability to design and implement performance evaluation processes and implement KPIs and training programs to improve and increase efficiency.
Sufficient knowledge in the field of human resources management systems and databases and human resources software.
Fluent in English.
Proficient in the rules of the job classification scheme and various job grading and evaluation models.
