Human Resources Manager

Job Description:
Identifying, designing and updating the policies and procedures of all human resources systems and processes such as recruitment and recruitment, performance evaluation system, training and development program, payroll system, reward system, talent management and organizational culture, route planning Occupational and maintenance system.
Analysis and reform of compensation policies to create competitive programs.
Identifying and designing substitution programs for employees.
Design and implementation of the performance management system.
Providing motivational programs to increase employee satisfaction.

Conditions:
Full mastery of the preparation and localization of all administrative and human resources processes and relevant executive guidelines and methods.
Full mastery of the formulation and implementation of human resource strategies.
Minimum undergraduate degree in management, industries and other related fields.
