Your Key Responsibilities HR responsibility for different locations in Benelux Implement our People Strategy in the different legal entities Lead HR projects and roll out HR Systems and Tools Be the HR Business Partner for the local top management Act as active change agent supporting transformation processes Define workforce needs in alignment with business strategies and support managers in developing the talent pipeline Execute local recruitments according to regional and global processes Lead the day-to day relations and negotiations with works council and unions Ensure a high-quality HR operation service to managers and employees Lead the HR Team Your Qualifications University degree in human resources, business administration or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in an industrial environment First leadership experience Up-to-date HR knowledge Sound knowledge of employment law for the Benelux countries Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP Business fluent in Dutch and French as well as very good knowledge of English in word and writing Strong interpersonal and communication skills, profound change management knowledge Analytical and conceptual thinking High level of personal responsibility and flexibility
