Use data and problem-solving methodologies to continuously improve HR processes and service levels to the business. + Create an environment of collaborative labor relations which balances the needs of the business, team members and the CBA, including interpretation and administration of the labor agreement and leading contract negotiations. + Be visible and engaged on the manufacturing floor on a daily basis. **What You Need to Succeed:** + 4-year college degree required in human resources/labor/industrial relations or related field + 7 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources. + Labor relations experience in a union environment required.
