Victaulic is seeking a dynamic and engaging Human Resources Office Manager for our manufacturing facility in Leland, North Carolina. This key position provides employee support while driving Human Resource functional excellence and process improvement. As the Human Resource Office Manager, you will lead a team in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating HR activities.
Job Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of:
Conflict resolution techniques and skills.Management skills to analyze programs, policies and operational needs.Principles and practices of program development and administration.Principles and techniques of personnel records management.Pertinent federal, state and local laws.Ability to:
Manage a wide variety of activities and staff in a fast-paced environment.Assign priorities and meet deadlines.Use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.Interpret, apply, explain and enforce applicable policies and procedures.Demonstrate respect and sensitivity for cultural differences.Exercise tact, discretion and prudence.Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management and Supervision.Experience:
Four years of increasingly responsible human resource management or benefits administration experience.
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resource management, public administration, business administration or a related field.
