What the day will look like Provides administrative support to human resources function as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, record keeping, medical / statutory form submission and others). Provide support in daily tasks including HRIS data input, payroll process, personnel file management, employee benefits management and leave management Collect documentation for payroll, tax, pension and other related documentation for payroll processing. Document and maintain end to end processes for all Workforce Administration (WFA) procedures. Provide support in HR documents/letters preparation Support in work visa application, track and renewal when is due. Provide advisory on work visa process and requirements information. To maintain a good and professional working cooperation within internal and external relations with priority on client satisfaction. Be responsible for the in-country / global People Operations activities in compliance with HR policies, local workforce laws, and regulations. Support and assist with adhoc administration work / HR project(s) assigned from time to time. Skills and experience that will lead to success 1 year working experience, relevant experience or knowledge in HR an advantage. Strong numerical sense, detail-oriented with good organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office applications, preferably MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) Familiar with IPL and/ or Workday will be an advantage Good command of both written and spoken English A team player with a “can do” attitude and the ability to work under tight deadlines How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
