We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support our team in providing organizational HR solutions for employees. You will serve as the first HR contact to manage day-to-day queries on HR policies and programs. Responsibilities: +  Provide top-notch HR support for LinkedIn’s employee base by answering their basic HR questions + Execute Tier 2 rhythm of the business HR Operations tasks and escalations + Complete data integrity audits to prevent negative impact on our HR systems or tools + Manage client expectations by communicating process status and issues + Act as HR tools expert to ensure data and information are complete and accurate + Proactively assess data, identify trends, and recommend solutions + Assist in the implementation and administration of a variety of HR programs, policies, processes, and services + Recognize when to escalate issues and follow applicable escalation and bug-tracking protocols + Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements + Help drive and mature the HR Operations employee self-service strategy by ensuring all knowledge articles are thorough, up-to-date, and effective + Train teammates on all aspects of the job and ensure the team is prepared to support each service with quality outcomes​ + Have a broad knowledge base of all our HR processes, systems & policies + Help drive and mature the Talent Services employee self-service content and strategy Basic Qualifications: + 2+ years of HR experience or similar business experience + BA/BS degree in HR or a related field or equivalent working experience Preferred Qualifications: + 1 + years of experience with ServiceNow, Workday, and DocuSign + Experience with data management, position management, and offboarding + Knowledge & experience using Microsoft SharePoint + Basic knowledge of Excel formulas & functionalities + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills + Ability to drive programs independently and build relationships at all levels of the organization and management ​ + Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills + Experience with Process improvement + Experience with Stakeholder management Skills: + Stakeholder management + Operations + Data management + Communication + Data integrity LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $66,000 - $107,000 . Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
