Job Summary:

 

Our client is looking for a Human Resources Partner. This is a direct hire position.

Industry: Automotive or Manufacturing

Language Requirement: Bilingual in Korean / English

 We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Partner to join our team, supporting our dynamic workforce within the automotive/manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Korean and English and will leverage their HR expertise to provide strategic guidance, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive key HR initiatives.

 Key Responsibilities:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

·       5+ years of HR experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

·       Bilingual in Korean and English (required).

·       Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws relevant to manufacturing/automotive environments.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse teams and foster a positive work environment.

·       Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.

·       Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with discretion.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

·       Knowledge of U.S. and South Korean labor laws and cultural workplace practices.

·       Experience in bilingual communication for HR policy rollouts and team training sessions.
