The People Solutions Generalist I is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering Human Resources programs and working with key stakeholders to build a relationship of trust, ensuring alignment between Human Resources strategy and overall business objectives. To maintain employee records, processing new hire paperwork, managing employee benefits inquiries, tracking attendance, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures; often requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
Evaluating, analyzing, and implementing all Human Resources activities which include, but are not limited to employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits.Maintain accurate employee files, databases and generating reportsProvide consulting services, through cross-departmental partnerships, to managers regarding team member performance, management practices, human resource policies, talent management, and compensationReceive, process, and respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders, as necessaryPartner with stakeholders to develop and support proactive Human Resources solutions in alignment with the organization's overall strategiesConducting initial orientation to newly hired or newly promoted employees and other HR learning sessionsEnsure maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data, physical file, and all phases of Human Resources processes, working within HRIS tools, in accordance with company policy and statutory/local lawsCollect, maintain, analyze, and report on various types of key Human Resources metrics to assist management in effective decision making; develop clear visuals to communicate findingsPrepare documentary requirements for HR Partners handling labor-related cases, as necessary
Candidate Profile
2 - 4 Years of ExperienceUniversity Degree PreferredExperience with Workday preferredWorking knowledge of labor relationsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficient Microsoft Office skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverablesSelf-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressureStrong attention to detailLocation:
