Provides support to department heads and employees to resolve employee relations issues. May provide coaching and counseling to department heads in the area of employee training, corrective action/performance improvement, terminations, investigations, and employee complaints/grievances. Will perform special projects as assigned. #LI-RK1 Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Required qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred. 2. At least two (2) years of Human Resources work experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations required. 3. Knowledge of state and federal employment law. 4. Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. 5. Must obtain Sexual Harassment certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially. 6. Ability to travel required. Preferred qualifications: 1.
