STS Technical Services is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Milwaukee. In this key role, you will support the HR function through efficient administration and management of payroll, HRIS, and vendor-related processes. Your contributions will directly enhance employee satisfaction and ensure compliance with labor laws and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding payroll and benefits. Process government and legal inquiries, including garnishments, unemployment claims, and tax-related requests. Oversee and process state and federal reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Manage relationships with payroll vendors, including ADP, ADP SmartCompliance, and UKG. Ensure company compliance with payroll, benefits, and time & attendance policies, as well as tax and deduction laws. Provide support and guidance on wage and hour laws, compliance matters, and policy updates to employees, managers, and the HR team. Assist the HR team with ad hoc projects as needed. Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years of payroll experience. Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Preferred Tools: Experience with ADP and UKG is a plus. Why Join STS Technical Services?
