Human Resources Personnel Management Analyst shall possess:\n

\u2022 Bachelor's degree in human resources management or business management.\n

\u2022 OR\n

\u2022 5+ years' experience in HR Analytics at the BDE S1 or Division G1 Level. AND\n

\u2022 The Integrated Personnel and Pay System (IPSS-A) - Army HR Professional Training Certification. AND\n

\u2022 Microsoft (MS) Power Business Intelligence (BI) Certification.\n

\u2022 Contractor Employee must have a Secret Clearance.
