We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choosefrom. **What youll do:** + Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs and support them closely during the hiring process. + Understand the end-to-end hiring cycle on a detailed process level for France. + Manage phases of the recruiting process such as pre-screening, interviews, selecting candidates, offer process, and contract handling. + Communicate with candidates during the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience. + Ensure cooperation with different internal and external stakeholders during the hiring process such as universities/schools, OPCO, immigration vendors, etc. + Work closely and coordinate with other HR teams and cross-functional teams. + Participate in other ad-hoc projects. **What you bring:** + Minimum of two years of working experience in an international environment. + 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or a background in HR is required. **Education and Qualification / Skills and Competencies:** + Bachelors or Masters degree. + Fluent in English and French. + Effective communication skills. + Professional, customer-oriented attitude. + Strong, results-driven mindset. + Ability to work on multiple tasks with specific deadlines. + Strong organizational skills. + Attention to detail, quality-focused. + Working experience with MS Office. + Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting product is an advantage. **Meet your team:** Our team is located in four different locations, supporting the hiring mainly of student positions such as internships and apprenticeships within the EMEA region.
