Human Resources - Recruitment Sourcing Partner - 6 Month Contract

It's up to you to make it happen.  **What’s the role?** Bloomberg Sourcing specialises in identifying and engaging top-tier talent for current and future hiring needs. As a critical part of our broader talent acquisition strategy, you will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and HR professionals to build robust talent pipelines, leveraging cutting-edge sourcing techniques, data, and market insights. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for uncovering hidden talent, developing relationships, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. Gaining knowledge of the range of vacancies, understanding of the departments and building relationships within the industry, you will become a credible asset, adding value to different business lines at Bloomberg. **We’ll trust you to:** + Identify andengage passive and active candidates through various channels, includingLinkedIn/social media, employee referrals, networking events, and othercreative sourcing and headhunting methodology + Build and maintainproactive pools of diverse talent for critical, niche, and/or high-volumeroles + Partner withrecruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, broaderbusiness objectives and ideal skill profiles, and long-term workforceplanning needs. + Provide datainsights, market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive analysis toinform hiring strategies + Ensure high-touch,focused candidate engagement & experience + Nurturerelationships with prospective candidates to keep them engaged andinformed about current and future opportunities + Track and maintainaccurate records of candidate interactions in the Applicant TrackingSystem (ATS) or CRM + Recommend andimplement innovative sourcing strategies and tools to improve theefficiency and effectiveness of the broader recruitment process. + Stay updated onindustry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sourcing andrecruitment **You’ll need to have:** + A minimum of 4years’ experience* working in a sourcing or recruitment position (agencyor internal) using Boolean, LinkedIn and other search techniques + Proven experienceas a talent sourcer, full-cycle recruiter - or combination of both -ideally in a corporate or agency setting + Familiarity withsourcing for diverse roles across various functions and levels (e.g.,technical, non-technical, leadership, etc.) + Proficiency inATS/CRM platforms and sourcing tools, ideally, Avature, LinkedInRecruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search + Strong knowledgeof social media platforms and talent research methods. + Exceptionalcommunication and relationship-building skills + Analytical mindsetwith the ability to interpret & leverage data to provide insights and influence + High level ofinitiative, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prioritiessimultaneously *Please note we use years of experience as a guide and will consider all applications who meet the role requirements **Does this sound like you?** Apply if you think we're a match.
