Job Title: Human Resources Representative 1
Job Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate job applications for Branch job openings. Collaborate with Managers to ensure proper qualifications. Interview and screen candidates, inform candidates about job duties, responsibilities, benefits, policies and other related information. Recommend candidates to hiring managers and work with them to develop job offers. Process applications in the Applicant Tracking System. Administer programs designed to establish and maintain positive employee relations through the appropriate application of organizational policies and procedures. Provide support in all aspects of employee relations, including being a contact for questions regarding policies, programs, communications, benefits, etc. Provide support and guidance to managers and supervisors. Conduct Virtual Orientation for branch locations. Participate in special projects and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and a minimum of 2 years of related experience. Effective oral and written communication skills. Excellent computer, organizational, leadership, and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Occasional travel with overnight stays. Must have valid driver’s license.
