In the role of Human Resources Representative, we'll count on you to:Provide support for the completion of Human Resources duties and responsibilitiesProvide administrative support to Human Resources as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry, and drafting and sending emails and notices within and outside of Human ResourcesProvide support with the compilation and analysis of a variety of Human Resources information and dataAssist with answering employee requests and questions relative to standard policies, procedures, benefits, hiring, etc.Conduct new hire orientation, assist with the completion of new hire paperwork and verify I-9 documentation as neededAssist with offboarding and processing of terminationsAssists with the preparation of the performance review processMaintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and recordsAssist with running reportsAssist with special projectsPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degreeLocal candidate preferredRequired Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalentAbility to communicate professionally with all levels of employees and managementExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacyExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Word and Excel or similar programsBasic understanding of business activitiesAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
