**Job Description:**
Performs a variety of duties to support the HR systems. Responsibilities include: basic maintenance for multiple Essentia Health HR systems to ensure they are setup and used properly; indexing and digital archiving of employee documents; assigning inquiries to HRIS staff and monitoring response times; responding to basic inquiries from staff and leaders; and assisting with system upgrade testing.

+ 2 years office experience including Microsoft Office software
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Ability to be self- motivated and organized
