TITLE: Human Resources Representative – Recruiter PERFORMANCE PROFILE SOURCE: Technician AREA: Human Resources REPORTS TO: Talent Acquisition Manager STATUS : ü Full time - Hourly o Full time - Salary o Part Time - Hourly CLASIFICATION (FLSA): o Exempt ü Non-Exempt GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Provides support to the Human Resources Generalist with the recruitment and selection process of BGCPR staff. General responsibilities of the position include interviews, management of physical and electronic files, and the hiring process. TASKS AND ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: + Search for qualified candidates for vacant positions, using different sources such as social networks, Human Resources databases, media advertisements, job fairs, recruitment agencies, and others. + Responsible for publishing internally and externally the open vacancies. + Review job applications and candidate resumes to make a pre-hire selection of the candidate who meets the job requirements. + Guides candidates on the details of the position, functions and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, and others. + Lead telephone and/or face-to-face interviews and refer qualified candidates to immediate supervisors, providing recommendations regarding the recruitment and selection process. + Coordinate psychological and/or drug tests for job candidates. + Hire employees and manage the documentation related to the hiring process. + Responsible for contacting the selected candidate to inform them of the status of their job application. + Responsible for managing the physical file of the staff, the ADP system data entry, and the Background Check data entry. + Keeps recruitment documents and metrics up to date, such as a list of hired employees, vacant positions, and others, and prepares the required reports. + Collaborates in the logistics of organizational activities. For example: conventions, meetings, and employee activities. + Perform any other task requested by the supervisor. EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: + Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. + At least one (1) years of related experience. + Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. + Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. + Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. + Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates — Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person. + Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships — Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time. + Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work — Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work. + Processing Information — Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data. + Documenting/Recording Information — Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form. + Performing Administrative Activities — Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork. + Time Management — Managing one's own time and the time of others. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT: + Normal internal office environment with some travel to Club locations across Puerto Rico. + Availability to engage funders on evenings and weekends is a core part of this position. + Frequent internal contact with employees throughout the organization is required.
