Human Resources Scheduler

POSITION SUMMARY

Chrysalis is a company that provides a variety of support services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position focuses on ensuring each site has adequate staffing to meet the needs of individuals receiving services and helping prevent staff burnout by effectively supporting the hiring manager to meet staffing needs and managing overtime. This position requires the ability to prioritize work and complete assigned responsibilities accurately and within the allotted time frames. Furthermore, this position requires the ability to have good public relations skills in working with a variety of team members.

AUTHORITY

The Scheduler assists the Human Resources Associate Director, Area Director and other area administrators and is directly responsible for scheduling, managing overtime, and communicating staffing needs to the hiring manager or other designated HR team member.

Pay Range: $17.00 to $20.00 an hour. This position is NOT remote. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

18 years of age or older and a high school diploma or GED.  Capable of communicating well in both verbal and written form.  Demonstrate the ability to prioritize work and able to complete all assigned program documentation accurately and within the allotted time frames.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Regular, timely and consistent attendanceVerify managers created schedules in Paylocity and ensure schedules are published in PaylocitySupport Associate Directors and managers to ensure staffing for each site meets the needs of the individualsSupport managers and Associate Directors with coverage needsCommunicate identified staffing needs to the hiring manager or other designated HR team memberSupport efforts to reduce staff burnout by helping manage overtimeSupport employees with clocking in and out in PaylocityOther duties as assigned by direct supervisor, Area Director, or Associate DirectorsFollow state policies and procedures.Serve as an official representative of Chrysalis and market a positive image.
