Your role

Ensure adherence to HR procedures, practices, directives, systems and regulations available in the organization.Support HR community with administrative, executional and analytical tasksCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processesSupport and prepare internal and external auditsReporting of wage-relevant data to payroll and related administrationProvide internal and external HR ReportsDrive, Promote and Support new HR projects in the organizationProvide general HR support to employees around the employee lifecycle and provide guidance on HR knowledge content, such as global & local HR policies, How-To, etc.Guide employees and leaders in using self-service in Workday and other HR systemsManage HR data quality and perform transactions in Workday and other HR systemsFoster a work environment that maximizes employee involvement, company culture, and engagement;Support HR development and training programs in the organization

 

Your Background

University degree mandatory – plus if in Human Resources management.Up to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position in HR.Portuguese and English are mandatoryExperience working with HR systems, preferably Workday.Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Good knowledge of Portuguese labor regulations
