Seeking a Human Resources Specialist in Des Moines for a Company in the Electronic Goods Industry!!

Description

Responsible for supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, training and compliance.Coordinate and support the recruitment process (i.e. job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employeesProcess weekly timecards and review for accuracyMaintain employee records in digital and physical formatsAssist with the administration of benefits programsServe as the point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies and proceduresSupport performance management processes and employee development initiativesAssist in HR reporting, audits and HRIS data entry/updatesParticipate in planning employee engagement and wellness programsHelp handle employee relations matters and escalate when necessary

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
