**Job Description**
**Here is what you will do:**
1. Provide daily HR support to BL/Operations and work effectively with internal group service departments
2. Assist in the various HR functions but no limited to performance management, compensation & benefits administration, Onboarding/ exit process, Employee Relations, Payroll, audits. etc.
3. Perform monthly Payroll movement updates to Payroll team (update new hires, terminations, changes to existing staff, deductions, etc.).
4. Manage benefits administration (medical, insurance movement, billings, claims and etc.).
5. Maintain accurate employee records and manage letter correspondences to staff (personal files, contract extensions, and any other letters.)
6. Manage Training request, HRDC claims and maintain training record/ documentations.
7. Manage onboarding process (handle HR orientation as well as preparation of orientation plan by other departments, conduct office tour for new hire).
8. Manage exit/ offboarding process (manage Exit Clearance, follow offboarding process).
9. Prepare monthly reports for various business lines and as and when required.
10. Assist with any employee queries on benefits, HR policies, any employee concerns and grievances.
11. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or duties when required and assigned.
**Qualifications**
**Here’s what we’re looking for:**
1. Preferably with Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR function.
3. Well-versed with Employment Act and statutory guideline.
4. Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
5. Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
6. Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.
7. Must be well-organised and have excellent time-management skills.
8. Mature, professional, self-motivated and with good interpersonal skill.
9. Can work with utmost confidentiality and trust.
10. Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic, and evolving work culture
