Job Duties:

As a Human Resources Specialist, the beneficiary will be involved in Recruiting and specialized HR tasks to support us in HR related activities within our company.  

Technical Recruiting and specialized HR Tasks for various Information technology Positions with our Clients, on-boarding of employees and sub-contractors. Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future technical hiring and Client needs. Perform Technical Interviews to applicants and obtain information on work history, training, education, and technical skills. Perform Technical Interviews to applicants in Technologies like Java, J2ee, Java Scripting, HTML, XHTML, DHML, MySQL, and Oracle and obtain information on work history, training, education, and technical skills. Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, social media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals. Coordinate with Job Applicants, send Technical Questionnaires, and obtain their response. Effectively use our Internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Co-ordinate with offshore Recruitment Team  Prepare and maintain employment records. Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection. Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations. Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate. Arrange for interviews with clients and provide travel arrangements as necessary. 

Additional/Optional duties:  

Administer our Applicant Tracking System (Screen shots enclosed) Compliance with government forms like I-9, W-4, W-9 etc. Manage the recruiting life cycle: from partnering with leadership on definition of resource needs and sourcing strategy, accessing, negotiating, and closing top candidates within the process. Design and deliver effective, creative recruiting strategies and best practices to source, attract, screen, recruit and select top-qualified candidates for key positions across the organization.  Utilize sourcing expertise through cold calling, Social networking, internet resources, referrals, applicant tracking system, as well as other creative methods for attracting high performers. Build a pipeline of talent. Oversee and manage the administrative functions of recruiting such as: processing of job requisitions through applicant tracking system),online and other media job advertisement postings, developing and coordinating interview schedules, processing and evaluating interview feedback forms, processing candidate references and background checks, preparing employment offer packets, and assisting with new employee orientation. Track candidate information and produce weekly/monthly metric reports (i.e. sources, # of interviews, hire to fill ratios, etc.) throughout hiring process. Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future technical hiring and Client needs. 

Language Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication Skills.  

Education and Experience: A Bachelor's Degree or Higher or Foreign Equivalent required with at least 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, HR specialist or a Computer Programmer is required.
