The Human Resources Specialist reports to Talent Services Manager, but sits at the local site. Delivers, coordinates and implements local administrative HR tasks. provide front-line support to deliver necessary local HR activities, including associate talent acquisition, global mobility/ work permit applications and renewals.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate local HR service delivery to ensure risk, compliance, and operational excellenceDeploy services that are required to be executed at a local levelProvide input on HR policies, processes and programs to CoEs Support end-to-end temporary roles recruitment process including sourcing, candidate pool management, recruitment, and onboarding of contract (FTC) and internsSupport and manage local learning logisticsDrive employee engagement activities and local community relations.Support and collaborate with other function within the department to ensure smooth operationResponsible for local immigration processes including application for work pass and dependents for foreign employees.Coordinates responses to government surveys and requests for information.Manage return to work, alternative duty and modification requests – Manager to raise a request for return to work via HR Connect.Induction of new hires and offboarding of leaversManage and coordinate local benefits implementation Manage local community relations, as neededManage internal communication.

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:

University Degree or equivalent experience in a related fieldMinimum 2-3 years working experience within HR role. Food and beverage/FMCG industry is a plus.Working knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures and Thailand Employment lawWorking knowledge of immigration proceduresFluent in spoken and written English & Thai Language

Desirable requirements:

Experience and familiar working with HR system e.g., Workday is an added advantage.
