**General Summary**
Perform activities in the human resource area. The incumbent will assist the HR Business Partner team screening, recruiting, interviewing, and placing BioBridge employees.

Provide world class customer service by capturing and being responsive to the voice of the customer (internal or external, including donors for select positions) through multiple feedback channels in order to resolve issues and drive satisfaction in accordance with the BBG customer engagement, feedback, and complaint processes.
**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
Essential Tasks
Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes.
Gather personnel records from other departments or employees.
Search employee files to obtain information for authorized persons and organizations, such as credit bureaus and finance companies.
Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities.
Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies and notify eligible workers of position availability.
Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.
Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications. Hire employees and process hiring‐related paperwork.
Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
Maintain and update human resources documents including performance evaluation forms, staffing reports, and investigation notes.
Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
Schedule or administer skill, intelligence, psychological, or drug tests for current or prospective employees. Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate. Advise management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retention programs.
Coordinate with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees, based on departmental needs.
Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed.
Evaluate selection or testing techniques by conducting research or follow‐up activities and conferring with management or supervisory personnel.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Non‐Essential Tasks
Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
**Education**
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work relative to the field of assignment. The required major is Management or Human Resources.
Licenses and/or Certifications
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Preferred
**Experience**
Requires one year of job specific experience. Prefer two or more years of related experience.
**Knowledge**
Must have previous work experience with Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
Must have knowledge of the organization’s business operations to include core products, services, and customer targets.
Must be able to interpret and explain policies and procedures.
Must recognize, resolve, and facilitate resolution of deviations encountered in all phases of work.
Must have knowledge of state and federal HR laws, human resources administration and applicable ISO, state and federal regulations.
Must be able to interpret and explain policies and procedures.

**Working Environment**

Physical Requirements
Must be able to drive on behalf of the organization. Will sit, stand, walk, and bend during working hours. Requires ability to reach, lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
