This individual will gain exposure in talent acquisition, talent development, HR operations, communications and more. Will work on a global scale and across various groups. Is responsible for managing and executing key HR functions related to onboarding, communications, systems and general HR operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple HR systems in a fast-paced environment. **What you will do** + Oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of onboarding processes, including all new hire tasks, communications, systems, and general HR operations. + Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, addressing and resolving routine HR-related issues while responding promptly to internal and external requests. + Lead global communications distribution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication delivery and translations via a global platform. + Manage HRIS responsibilities, including creating and maintaining accurate employee records, training employees on system functionalities (e.g., logging time off), resetting passwords, and providing technical support and troubleshooting. + Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes. + Assist in maintaining content for the global corporate intranet on SharePoint. + Contribute to various HR and compliance projects, such as reconciliations, integrations, data collection, and I-9 audits. + Assist with HR reporting and analytics requests. + Provide support for HR projects across different HR functions. + Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned. **What you will need (job requirements)** + Associate’s degree or higher in business administration, HR management or a related field. + 2+ years of experience working in an HR department with exposure to HR systems. + Strong computer skills. + Commitment to continuous improvement and process improvement, automation. + Excellent communication and organizational skills.
