Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the Recruiting Lead and HR Specialist for North America Fabric Care. This pivotal role will enhance our recruiting initiatives and foster a culture of excellence within our talent acquisition processes and support the organization.  This role will also be responsible for reporting on employee data, analyzing trends for the organization and making recommendations. Key Responsibilities:

Drive Strategic Change: Co-lead the F&HC Research and Development recruiting efforts, focusing on all levels of talent, including BTAs, Researchers, and Scientists.Strengthen Intern Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust intern pipeline, successfully filling projected full-time and intern roles.Full-Time Hires: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to attract and secure the best talent for our team.Workday Reporting – Ability to pull and analyze reports via Workday related to key employee metrics such as talent reports, attrition, etc.Influence Recruitment Practices: Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop and refine recruitment processes that positively impact strategies across all R&D roles.Collaborate for Excellence: Engage with the F&HC Research and Development Recruiting team to ensure alignment and excellence in recruitment efforts.Intern Program Leadership: Lead the intern program from recruitment to offer, facilitating a comprehensive summer intern onsite program, including Welcome Day and Offboarding activities.HR Point of Contact: Serve as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries related to benefits, policies, and general HR questions within the Fabric Care R&D team.

Job Qualifications

Preferred experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisitions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on collaboration.Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.A commitment to enhancing employee experience and fostering a positive workplace culture.Solution-oriented and operates with a sense of urgency, embraces change in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communicationExperience with Workday and HR policies is preferred.Discretion and maintaining confidentiality.Data management and analytics – ability to analyze information to develop solutions

Starting Pay / Salary Range

$74,100.00 - $92,650.00 / hour
