Summary This HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) position is located at an Air National Guard (ANG) Group Commander's Support Staff (CSS) unit and is part of the CA 144 FW. Responsibilities THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, INDEFINITE POSITION Selectee may be non-competitively converted to permanent status if/when funding becomes available or position becomes unencumbered. The primary purpose of the HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), GS-0201-9, is to serve on the Group Commander's Support Staff (CSS). The incumbent will administer and direct the Group Commander's Support Staff functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Additionally, trains in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein. May make additional selections within 90 days of eligible(s) issuance. Requirements Conditions of Employment CALIFORNIA NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED: This is an excepted service position that requires membership in the California National Guard. Qualifications HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), GS-0201-9: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-07 level experience in human resources program's business competencies, familiarity with the subject matter or processes used in human resources programs associated with DoD, U.S. Army, or U.S. Air Force.
